Lauren was great. After I placed my order, I sent a few emails and placed a call before they opened, and she got back to me quick, answered everything I asked. The ring was absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend picked out the setting and the stone. They had what she was looking for. I got a big kick out of the box it came in. I have never seen a ring box like that, usually they are cheap looking, not this one lol. Can’t comment on the prices because I have only bought 2 rings in my life. 22 years in-between them also. Online shopping though for rings like we got, I think these guys were real good on the price. The booklet it came with was a added bonus. I would go here again if I was getting more jewelry for the now fiance.
