The received gem was beautiful. Moreover, being a bi colored, this sapphire looks unique in my new ear stud. I am absolutely in love with it!
What was good:
1) The gem looks 90% like on the photos and videos from the web site;
2) The luster is perfect;
3) The website is very detailed and you get all the information you need;
4) 3D rotating model helps a lot to get even a small inclusion in the gem;
5) The gem arrived in a perfect luxury box;
6) The safety of payment was very secure;
7) The communication and service was at the highest possible level. Neli (manager) was carefully explaining everything and was very kind to ship the gem very quickly.

What was bad:
8) The color of the gem was darker (more intense) in reality then on the photos and videos from web site (these are 10% difference that I mentioned in point 1);
9) On the web site you see 3 pages of certificate for each gem with a detailed information (size, treatment, country of origin, etc.). However, in the final envelope I found only “short” (1 page) version of certificate combined with a bill. Next time I will very appreciate receiving the same certificate as on the web page.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and will highly recommend The Natural Sapphire Company for everyone.
