I purchased an engagement ring–rose gold pear halo with a blue/green sapphire–and it’s absolutely beautiful. I don’t have much in the way of review because the whole process was simple, but here are a few thoughts.
1. The photoshop preview is a really nice touch and very well done. We were debating between a darker blue and the blue/green sapphire, and seeing them “mounted” immediately confirmed that we preferred the lighter one. One thing I will say is that the stone was a little lower profile than it seemed in the picture, but that ended up looking more elegant and we far prefer it.
2. The ring came really quickly. I was thoroughly impressed at the turnaround.
3. This might be silly, but the box that the ring came in is fabulous. It’s incredibly heavy (steel I think?) and has a stamping of the company’s logo on the top. Really cool.
4. Finally, the communication was top notch throughout the process. I got emails during every step of the way, and Lauren was friendly and courteous.
I’d recommend this company in a heartbeat.
