Speaking as somebody who was both 1) nervous about the prospect of making an important purchase online and 2)probably a difficult customer in my own way ( you know in "When Harry Met Sally" when he says "You're high maintenance, but you think you're low maintenance"…that's probably a good description of me during the engagement ring buying process) and who has a fiancé who was difficult to impress and did a lot of research- I couldn't be more pleased with my new engagement ring or with The Natural Sapphire Company!!

I was astonished to see my sapphire is actually much more sparkling and MUCH more vividly colored than it looked online! (I've tried to photograph what I call its "high color" but only get a blur of color and light with no details.) 

Aside from winding up with an absolutely GORGEOUS ring (we're planning to purchase our wedding bands from TNSC too but I didn't want to wait to rave) we were also very impressed by the detailed information (particularly on the loose stones) the willingness to send out the stones for inspection prior to purchase, and especially with Livia who is clearly knowledgeable, and was so friendly and professional she made what could've been a stressful buying process easy and fun!
