We worked with Amrita for our engagement ring, and The Natural Emerald Company was our very first stop. We knew next to nothing about ring shopping or emeralds. And we only had a rough idea of the cut, color we wanted, and our price range. Amrita completely delivered! From our first appointment through to the finished product, Amrita was so gracious. We made an appointment in NYC to view stones, Amrita was quick to pick up on our likes and dislikes, which helped tremendously in narrowing down our choices. There was never any pressure to make a decision; her approach felt thoughtful and we had a great first conversation. Also, we wanted to create a custom design. Amrita worked closely with the stones we loved and the custom ring we had in mind. We then moved forward with the custom ring and ordered a wax model to get the feeling on the ring’s looks. This was totally worth it and highly recommended! Once we placed the final order, it took about 4 to 5 weeks to complete. I had privately asked Amrita to notify me separately once the ring was ready, and she made sure to do just that! We started out having no real idea of what we wanted, but Amrita and the team at The Natural Emerald Company made the entire journey a wonderful experience. My fiancé loved the finished product, and we are so grateful for the positive experience. We will definitely be back for more jewelry in the future and cannot wait to recommend them to our friends and family! Thank you!
