Caitlyn answered all our questions and was very patient with us. She extended a discount so we could take our time in purchasing. The sapphire was a very unique periwinkle color we could not find at any other shop and they added extra diamonds to make it the way we wanted. Had to get the ring resized(which was our fault) and the jeweler said it was a very high quality sapphire.
