We designed the PERFECT ring through the Natural Sapphire Company, with the AMAZING help of Lauren. It was the best customer service, so polite, helpful, and so understanding of my situation. I live overseas & work in a remote location, so do not have regular internet access and opposite timezones. With these two obstacles, Lauren was very understanding and happy to work around this with much patience! The company happily put the sapphire on hold for me whilst discussing with my partner so it did not get sold overnight while on different times. I sent a few photos for ring inspo and I was amazed the ring was basically the same thing! Really excellent attention to detail to even pick up on a small diamond on the underside of the ring. Also so helpful providing advice and input! Such good quality, and the CAD drawings are a great touch to really help see your design come to life. More than happy to shop and design with the Natural Sapphire Co. again and have already recommended to friends and family!! Love it.
