I ended up speaking with Nancy, who gave me all the details accurately and was extremely prompt and helpful with the service she provided. If I had a question, she was there to answer it. She IMMEDIATELY went to work with the design team to make my fiancee’s dream ring a reality while keeping me updated with any timeframes. This past Monday I actually had the chance to propose and she LOVES it. The Natural Sapphire Company and Nancy made me the best ring I could ask for and even finished everything 1-2 weeks EARLY, so I had even more time to plan and less time for worrying about it!
