I visited the Natural Sapphire Company in NY, and I was really impressed with their unheated sapphires selection. Lauren was really accommodating and patient through the whole process. She was also helpful when I was trying to decide on the design for the men’s ring. I loved it so much I ordered another one with an unheated ruby! A month later, she helped my wife and I source a pair of unheated royal blue sapphires that we set into earrings, and they are beautiful. The workmanship is great and Lauren really took care to find the right pair for us. She sent us photos and videos and helped us compare to other pairs, while giving us her genuine opinion and never pushing for more expensive options.
