I recently proposed to my girlfriend with a blue sapphire ring from NSC and the experience I had with their customer service was phenomenal. Lauren went above and beyond to answer every question I had, showed me pictures and videos of some of the sapphires I was interested in and in the end helped me design a custom engagement ring about which my girlfriend, jokingly, says she loves more than me. There is a wide variety of stones and settings available, and Lauren was extremely involved and helpful in me finding the perfect one. The NSC team is extremely professional and even helped ship the ring to Romania in a very secure manner. Got the ring size wrong and NSC was kind enough to resize it free of charge. I would highly recommend this company and give a huge thumbs up not only to the quality of the ring itself, but to the wonderful customer service experience offered by Lauren.
