I had a great experience with The Natural Sapphire Company, and in particular the service assistance that I received from Lauren. I was purchasing a significant gift for someone very special and I had quite a number of questions about all aspects of my selection and policies in case she did not like my choice or it didn’t fit her finger and needed resized. I also had questions about the quality, cut and grade of the sapphire and diamonds. Lauren answered every question I proffered with all the confidence I needed to feel good about making my first online significant jewelry purchase. When she opens her gift on Christmas I know Lauren and The Natural Sapphire Company will stand behind my purchase. The company website was user friendly. Most of the information I needed was present on the site. Had this not been my first purchase of a sapphire, I doubt I would have needed to ask as many technical questions. I would recommend the company and I suggest you ask for Lauren as your sales assistant.
