I recently began searching for an anniversary ring for my wife to celebrate our 30th. I started out locally, looking at rings in our local jewelers, but could not seem to find anything that I liked. So, I decided to begin searching online and stumbled across the Natural Sapphire Company website. Using NSC’s very easy to navigate site, I found the perfect anniversary ring – a band with diamonds that surround the band on both sides. Before placing my order, I had several questions about band thickness and order processing timelines (we were scheduled to leave for an anniversary cruise in less than a month and I wanted to make certain that the ring would arrive in time). So, I called NSC and spoke to Lauren Kelly-Nelson. Lauren was able to answer all my questions, and she walked me through ordering while on the phone, which gave me additional comfort that the ring would be as I imagined. As the date of our cruise grew closer I reached out to Lauren multiple times just to make sure everything was on time. She assured me that the ring would arrive before my departure date. Lauren was very patient with this worrying customer! Ultimately, the ring did arrive on time, and it is gorgeous, and just as I had imagined. The quality and craftsmanship will make me proud to see it on my wife’s finger.
