I was on the hunt for the perfect sapphire for an engagement band. I looked through the inventories of many websites, but in the end the perfect stone was at the Natural Sapphire Company. Lauren worked with me to build the setting and we went through a handful of renderings which were incredibly helpful. Even though other sites have renderings,I felt much more comfortable emailing with a person and Lauren was patient, caring, and genuinely interested in helping make the right decision on stone and setting. She loved the ring as did her friends and colleagues. We went back for the wedding band and had that custom built to match the engagement ring setting perfectly. Overall, this company offers great value as well. I will update once we have the rings appraised, but pricing was very comparable to other “discount” stores for enhanced stones. I found The Natural Sapphire Company to carry higher quality stones (not enhanced, symmetrical cuts, high clarity and best color) which is what I was looking for.

Best Wishes,
