I just received a ruby pendant in a gold setting from The Natural Ruby Company and I am more than pleased! Most importantly, my wife is too. I designed the pendant using their website application that allows you to pick a stone and then find a setting for it. Images of the completed design accurately depicted the piece that I received just a few weeks later. I have also purchased several items from their gemstone website with the same satisfying results. In all cases the sales representative that I worked with, Neli Maduwanthi, was quick to respond to my questions and resolved an issue that I had using the website [which it turns out was my problem, not theirs].
