I never expected to purchase a piece of luxury jewelry online, but the experience with Lauren Kelly-Nelson was great. The images created were more realistic than the wax model but the model helped with sizing. The stone I purchased is amazing. I agreed to pay for return shipping of the stone if I decided not to purchase it, but when I received it and saw how beautiful it was, I decided to move forward with creation of the ring.

The whole process took longer than I expected because the stone was still out of the country when I ordered it. I was concerned about getting a stone that was substituted even with the paperwork that authenticates it, but I realized that could happen in a store. I read the reviews of this company and was amazed at how good they are. And most are from people who purchase from the store.

I absolutely love the ring and the experience was excellent.
