I purchased a Ruby ring for my wife as a Christmas gift from The Natural Ruby Company. Prior to my purchase I had spent many evenings on their website building rings, looking at stones, comparing settings… It was really the help and support from one of The Natural Ruby Company’s team members that helped me to finally proceed with a purchase. Lauren Kelly-Nelson from The Natural Ruby Company was simply an absolute professional. She was very responsive to my questions, provided some renderings of rings with stones I was considering, and helped me to better understand the differences between a “very vivid red” color, versus a “pinkish” or “purple-ish” looking stone. Ultimately I decided upon a classic red color Ruby with a simple setting that included some small diamonds surrounding the Ruby. Upon giving this ring to my wife on Christmas morning, she cried tears of joy and appreciation. My wife has been wanting a real Ruby ring for quite sometime.
