I worked with Caitlyn and she was amazing. I purchased a ring as a gift and also revamped an old ring and she helped me figure out the best way to go about both. Both rings were beautiful and the quality was perfect. I had a diamond placed in an old setting I purchased from them, but it was too small for the prongs. They worked their magic and made it look like my diamond had been meant for that setting. No complaints about NSC.
