Hope this email finds you well. I received the gorgeous pink sapphire necklace this morning. You did it again! I so appreciate your patience and the very helpful images and whomever worked on the the necklace; it is a gift. I am really impressed with when your company says something with be done, it is done and the packaging is great! I do have one issue about the necklace though and that is I can't admire it unless I stand in front of the mirror all day! Ha! I will enjoy this necklace for years to come and the chain is a very substantial chain as well! I hope to be back again sometime in the future! Have a blessed Thanksgiving holiday.
