Lauren and the Natural Sapphire company were brilliant. The simple star sapphire pendant we ordered has not been off Claire’s neck since it arrived. We knew what we were looking for and this was the only place we could find. The only problem was that FedEx lost the package and it took many weeks before they recovered it and it arrived. During this process Lauren was great at keeping in touch. FedEx however hmmmmm. So five stars for the Natural Sapphire company. Nil points for FedEx.
