Three years ago I heavily researched gem stone companies and am so pleased I found THE NATURAL SAPPHIRE COMPANY! Since then, my wife and I have purchased a ruby ring, ruby earrings and sapphire earrings. With each showroom visit, design work and eventual purchase we have been genuinely impressed with and grateful for the incredible customer service of Michael, Ksenia and Neli.

Our latest NSC purchase, a stunning Paraiba Tourmaline ring, comes from a new business venture for the company – offering precious stones. My wife and I saw one of these unique stones in a local jewelry store and were truly captivated by the magical look and mystical feel of it. The next day I contacted NCS and asked if they could procure and create such a setting for us. To my pleasant surprise, I learned they were moving toward offering precious stones in their business in the Fall of 2023 and were willing to step into it early with a design for us!

We sent NCS many pics of our local jewelry stone’s natural bluish green color, said what size oval stone looked best on my wife’s petite hand and they quickly set out to find the perfect stone. And did they ever! It was a gorgeous, transparent 1.3 ct. brilliant cut with eye clean clarity, light color saturation and excellent polish from Brazil. Once we selected that stone we worked with Neli to find the right setting that would allow the electric center stone to be prominently displayed. We selected one of her suggestions, an 18k white gold setting that also featured two bullet vs1, E color bullet diamonds 0.3 tcw.

The ring is beyond breathtakingly beautiful! When it arrived at the house my wife put it on and spent the morning walking around the house talking to herself about how it looked and made her feel! Ha! (That’s so not her usual controlled style!) Then in an afternoon grocery store run, she was admiring it in the sunlight on the steering wheel and realized she needed to focus on the road!

I believe there isn’t a higher compliment to give a business than to “cold call” them and ask if they would be willing to step into a new angle of work for you. The need for us to be able to trust the staff and feel assured about the high quality product with such a different project was a necessity for us. NCS overdelivered at every turn and in every way. I highly recommend their solid, trustworthy work ethic and exceptional product quality. We will definitely return to do another project with them soon!
