I have been familiar with Natural Sapphire Company for almost 4 years. Before the engagement, it was strictly window shopping. The website is clean, easy to use and perfect for finding exactly what you want. The description and 360 views are spot on, so what you see is what you get. They now have live videos of the gems which helps even more. I have an affinity to their Curiosities and Unique Colored sapphires section. The gems there are of awe and wonder. I started with a list of 40 gems which I got to see in person and their gems are QUALITY!
My bf and I worked with Lauren and she is *chef’s kiss*! My bf is very hard to please and he has nothing but high praises. Lauren is very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. She isn’t pushy, allows you to take your time and works with you to create a timeless piece of jewelry. Even though we have gotten to see the gems in person, most of our interaction has been online and the renders have been identical to the finished product. From post- it designs to back and forth emails, we finally have out rings, bands and necklace. I can’t thank Lauren enough for streamlining all of our scattered thoughts and helping us with such a monumental purchase.
Finally, the dog is the bee’s knees.
