The two rings we ordered were custom crafted to our specifications and the renderings were truly representative of the finished products. Caitlyn Pearlman was a joy to work with and answered e-mail questions promptly and was very knowledgeable about all phases of gemology. I am a lapidarist and enjoy making jewelry with silver so I could appreciate the professional way she explained things in plain English.
