And the money I saved compared to the next best option was enough that I didn’t have to decide between the matching hoops or perfect studs, I just got both and called it a win.

The customer support was great, Neli offered prompt help from start to finish. I was worried about the delivery signature requirement spoiling my surprise if my wife answered the door, but Neli reassured me with a full rundown of their discreet packaging (generic box labeled NSC.inc), and also offered to have the package held for pickup at my local FedEx. Home delivery worked out seamless, the tracking info provided a nice narrow window on the day of delivery.
