Having already purchased my wife’s engagement ring via the website 6 years before I knew the experience of buying another sapphire ring was going to be equally very good. As my wife and I were coming to NY (from England) for Christmas, I thought what better way to surprise her by picking up the ring in person, which went wonderfully according to plan with Lauren’s help.
