Working with the Natural Sapphire Company (NSC) has been an amazing experience! My fiancé and I first found the NSC online, and used their website to design an engagement ring. At first we were skeptical about the digital rendering, but we were extremely impressed when it came in less than a week later.
We loved the rendering so much that we made an appointment with Caitlyn Perlman to go in person to see the stone and the setting. Working with Caitlyn was fantastic, and she kept in touch with us before the appointment to curate a selection of stones for me to see in addition to the one in the rendering.
The NSC has a lovely showroom and a very friendly staff. Caitlyn took her time to show us the different ring options, and was extremely knowledgeable when answering all of our questions. It was a no pressure sales environment which made designing a ring with them an enjoyable experience.
My ring came in about four weeks after we ordered it (right in the expected time range), and it was absolutely perfect! The digital rendering was spot on. Even after the purchase the NSC was extremely helpful with getting us documentation for insurance and answering any additional questions.
Long story short we loved working with the Natural Sapphire Company so much that we went back and designed my fiancé’s sapphire wedding ring with Caitlyn. Of course his ring came out beautifully as well. We are so glad we found the NSC! Designing our rings with them was an amazing experience that we will cherish forever.
