We could not have been more pleased with both the experience and outcome of our visit to the Natural Sapphire Company. Caitlyn was the consummate professional; knowledgeable, informative and patient as we reviewed many, many stones. We were able to compare and contrast what we considered in order to make the best decision. Upon completing our selection; the sizing, certification, appraisal and delivery were all completed as promised, and the presentation upon arrival was simply spectacular. We now have a special piece that is beautiful and unique; we will treasure it always.
