We recently purchased a diamond sapphire bracelet from the Natural Sapphire company. We normally do our jewelry shopping with our favorite local jewelry store, but saw this same bracelet online for a good bit less. We were a bit cautious initially….not begin able to physically lay eyes to gauge the color and quality of the stones, having little experience purchasing jewelry online, but our unnecessary worries were put to rest very quickly. We worked directly with Lauren who arranged for the bracelet to be shipped to us for inspection, and then back again to New York for adjustments of the length, and then shipped back to us. All this done in a whopping 8 days during Christmas week! We couldn’t have been more pleased. Amazing service and such a pleasure to work with! The whole process was made so easy and handled so professionally. We’ll certainly be looking forward to future special gifts from here. Thank you!!!
