Great online expreience. I knew nothing about sapphires and went to a few local jewelry stores. Some of them were chain stores and others were local places. All very reputable. My problem was their inventory. It was nonexistant. I was told I’d have to buy it before I could see it. I’ve never heard of something like that. I would never buy a gem I didn’t see. I took to online retailers mostly for an education. I honestly didn’t think I could or would trust a purchase like this to the internet. While on The Natural Sapphire Company‘s website I clicked the chat button. Lauren picked up and asked a few basic questions about what I was looking for. Some I knew the answers to and some she helped me through. It was an education she gave me that he box stores didn’t seem to have time for. Ten minutes later she emailed me a list of all the sapphires that matched my criteria. One of them caught my eye and I looked at it for two days before calling to purchase. The pictures of it were beautiful but I as sceptical that it would look the same when I got it home. I took a look at BBB and saw they had an A+ rating so I decided to make the call. The shipping was fast. The stone was exactly as described. Amazing! I couldn’t be happier.
