My experience with Caitlyn from The Natural Sapphire Company was truly amazing. I worked with Caitlyn to find the perfect sapphire for my engagement ring for my now-fiancé. She was always honest and helpful with any questions I had. I visited their showroom in NYC during a trip from Texas and was impressed with their set-up.
While I decided to go with a simple band, I was amazed but the custom options they have the capability to create. My favorite part is that each band is made to order, even the simple ones. The finished product went beyond my expectations, I loved it and my fiancé loves it as well. I look forward to doing more purchases from the NSC in the future
