Mary was amazing. I had my reservations about ordering from an online jeweler for my wedding band. But Mary put my fears to ease, she emailed me personally and answered all of my questions. My band is a special size of only 3.5 and Natural Sapphire was able to size it and ship it in just a week! The ring fits like a dream! The sparkle and shine of the diamonds and sapphires are a perfect compliment to my engagement ring. The only downside to the whole process was the FedEx delivery. The package was promised by noon and didn’t arrive until 4:10pm, nerve racking. But the overall product, service and beauty of the ring is outstanding!!
