I received my gorgeous sapphire this week, and I was absolutely stunned by it! I brought it to my jeweler who will be designing my engagement ring for my fiancé and I the day it arrived. She did a test to check it was indeed a natural sapphire, said it was an exceptional stone and was excited to work with us to create our custom ring. A few people working at the store came to admire it overhearing us and were also wowed. I cannot put into words how happy I am with my stone. It shone more brilliantly than I could imagine. I worked with Neli, and she was fantastic. She kept in constant communication with me, answered any questions I had, and was always quick to reply. She was very helpful through the entire process and sent me updates about the stone as it was on the way from Sri Lanka. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you so much Neli. I truly appreciate how much you helped me, I know it was a lot of communication back and forth! <3 Sometimes on different website, on photos or videos they enhance the appearance of a gem, so I was worried when I received, it I would be disappointed. It was the exact opposite. My mum was there when the package arrived and we opened it together and our jaws dropped. I am so thrilled and I can’t wait to see how it will look when my ring is finished. Highly recommend the natural sapphire company for your stone. If I buy anymore sapphires in the future, it will definitely be through them!
