After studying its website, including the magnificent sapphires it sells, my husband and I decided to check out the Natural Sapphire Company and made an appointment. We had no idea what it would be like.
We found out immediately: the entire experience was absolutely fabulous. From the moment I called to set up an appointment, through our welcome at the very unusual and beautiful sales rooms, to the moment I unwrapped our fantastic purchase at home, we had a glorious time.
Caitlyn, the salesperson with whom we dealt, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She had assembled a uniformly gorgeous collection of stones and jewelry for us to look at that matched what we had let them know we wanted to see. She was fully informed about every item we studied. There were opportunities to look at everything in different kinds of light (including on their balcony in the sun–a huge advantage to their penthouse location). There was no pressure to purchase anything specific or, indeed, anything at all.
The ring we bought is beautifully designed and crafted with a magnificent stone. It had to be shipped to us. It came precisely when expected, accompanied by every piece of paperwork promised all beautifully tied up in a specially designed folder. The presentation was as glorious as the item–including the box, which in is a keepsake in itself. Tiffany and Cartier should look to their laurels!
