I used The Natural Sapphire Company to purchase an engagement ring. I haven’t done business with them before but I will definitely be going back. I worked with Neli. She was helpful and provided high resolution photos of the stone I was interested in. Their communication was great. I was kept apprised of each step in the process of crafting the ring. The final product was beautiful and my Fiancé was thrilled. I am going back to them for the wedding band. From my experience they are a great company to work with.
