Your policies and customer service were much better than the large chains or local jewelers, not to mention the knowledge of the sapphires themselves. I have to admit it was a little unnerving sending my original engagement ring to NY with the diamond to be reset with my new sapphire, but I now have exactly the unique ring I want. Both the sapphire ring and original diamond were returned to me in beautiful presentation cases. It truly was a very good experience!
