I began working with The Natural Sapphire Company online a few months ago and loved using the website to build jewelry. I requested 3D images of the product I wanted and they sent them soon after. I called to discuss ordering options and they were very, very friendly and patient while exploring all options. I then ordered the exact ring I wanted and waited anxiously for it to arrive, I was nervous about ordering any jewelry sight unseen. The ring arrived in the mail in a very professionally packaged elegant ring box, along with the paperwork wrapped in nice packaging with a seal. When I opened the box to check the ring it turned out to be far more beautiful than the pictures. It is truly the most beautiful sapphire ring I have ever seen anywhere. I would buy again without reservation.
