While it was beautiful, the stone wasn’t quite what I was thinking of. The photos and scans were accurate online, I just hadn’t considered how the cut would make it look in different lights. My fault, as TNSC has a guide on their website on what color and cuts are best!
I felt so bad, but we decided to return the ring within the 14 day return period to get another stone. Lauren and Katherine were so kind and understanding, and they helped me get another stone to make the most beautiful engagement ring I could’ve imagined!! Thank you again
