You can really **see** it before you buy it, and it’s hard to imagine that being there in person could be more comprehensive. Of course, that only holds up until you actually have it — and I received my stone yesterday and it’s as beautiful in person as it was online. Just exactly as advertised. The prices are competitive, the delivery is quick and secure, and the friendly, enthusiastic personal touch to the service makes an expensive investment a lot of fun. The process is risk-free with a 14-day return window. I have to guess that Lauren’s excellent customer service would remain as top-notch as it started, but I’ll never know, because they’ll have to pry this beautiful gem off my cold, dead hand.
