First off, the website experience was top notch– It was easy to use and had all the information I needed with individual pictures, videos, and reports that ensured that I knew what I was getting. Second, the customer service experience was also as good as it gets. I ended up having complications shipping the sapphire to the jeweler who made the ring, and Lauren was very responsive, helping me over the phone and through email to get it all done on time. Very thankful I found this company and an amazing sapphire for the ring!
