I’m an old school shopper. Want to see it, want to touch it. I’ve never bought such a present, let alone online. I told Sam several times I’d have the sapphire earrings appraised. Sam even encouraged me and said that I’d not be disappointed. I was skeptical about the whole time until after the appraisal was done. The appraiser was very impressed with all the documentation. They said that the stones were exactly what was advertised, which were very nice. The appraiser even graded the sapphires on the lower end of the class/scale. The sapphires appraised for more than I had paid! Sam sent me so many pictures and videos I began to feel bad asking for more. Sam never complained, just asked what else he could do to help.
I will definitely buy again from this company. The earrings are beyond beautiful, the staff remembers what customer service is about!
Thanks, Sam and The Natural Sapphire Company!

Best Wishes,
Jacob Mashek.
