First of all, I’m personally embarrassed it has taken me so long to post this review. My experience with The Natural Sapphire Company was absolutely amazing. Five stars is hardly adequate for the job Lauren Kelly-Nelson and her associates did in crafting an engagement ring that left my soon-to-be wife breathless. This custom-made ring was exactly what I envisioned. It took a few weeks of tweaking the design to get it right, but that was because I was being particular. TNSC handled the process flawlessly from start to finish, and I cannot rave enough about how delightful of an experience it was working with Lauren. I’m a professional writer and not one for hyperbole, but this was easily the best customer service I’ve ever experience online—if not altogether. My fiancée’s engagement ring is loosely based on a photo I found, but TNSC made it one-of-a-kind.

Equally as impressive as the customer service was TNSC’s pricing, which was extremely affordable (and almost hard to believe). What put TNSC over the top for me in the process of selecting a vendor was that they provided far more information about the sapphire gemstone and accompanying diamonds than all other vendors I queried combined. Initially, I was skeptical about making a significant jewelry purchase online; however, TNSC’s pricing, the copious information they provided and Lauren’s pristine customer service made it a completely stress-free experience in the end. Now, I can not imagine making a significant jewelry purchase without first consulting TNSC.
