From high resolution images to 360° videos to appraisal docs and gemstone analysis, it gave me a lot of confidence not just in what I ended up selecting, but also in my options, size, clarity, price, etc. Very transparent.
2. Communication with the business during production – Right after I made the purchase, Neli reached out with a note saying thank you for the purchase, an estimated timeline, and an offer to answer any questions. After replying, it was clear this was a very attentive business and this wasn’t simply an automated response. She cared and was of great help throughout the process, checking in regularly, providing updates, and answering questions.
3. Upon delivery – when it arrived at my door, it was packed very well, and the gift box they came in was very impressive. Heavy, high quality, protective, it made a statement in your hand. Elevated the presentation and experience of giving the gift even more.
