I worked with Sam to make the perfect anniversary ring for me. He was kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I was able to make payments on the ring which really helped me because I would not have been able to purchase it upfront. The process to choose a ring and a stone was also very simple and they send you a 3d scan of what your choice will look like. If I need any other custom made jewelry, I would definitely choose this company. I also did speak to SuSu a few times and she was also very helpful.
