Everything about my experience working with Lauren and the Natural Sapphire Company was really fantastic. Lauren was quick to respond to my questions over email and helped me find stones for my engagement ring that matched the look I wanted and fit in our budget. My fiance and I met with her at the company’s NY office to look through stones she had picked out. She was so helpful and didn’t pressure us at all. I could tell she just wanted us to find the ring that I really wanted. She mocked up a couple of designs to help me decide what I wanted, and I absolutely love the ring! I had such a good experience that I chose to order my wedding band from the Natural Sapphire Company, too.
