We began our journey to find a unique, custom ring so looking online was a bit overwhelming! We decided to stay local (Denver area) to be more hands on with the process but the jewelers we worked with weren’t finding the stone size/color I wanted. I finally decided to look online and found NSC. From the start Lauren was amazing! She answered any of our questions and was always very responsive. Lauren checked in with us when the sapphire shipped, ensured we received the stone and wanted to know our thoughts or if we needed anything else once received. After looking at many other stones the local jewelers had we decided to go with NSC’s pink sapphire. The stone looked exactly like it did online and was larger and exactly the color I wanted, which the local jewelers weren’t finding. My new pink sapphire is absolutely stunning, I love it! Through the entire process Lauren was always professional and respectful, I never felt forced to choose her stone over another…but it’s so beautiful, we did choose it! I highly recommend NSC for your sapphire needs and the phenomenal customer service!
Best Wishes,
Jenn.
