Lauren helped us from my first exploratory email to receiving the beautifully packaged rings via FedEx over a span of 2 months and hundreds’ of email exchanges. Despite Covid’s curveballs, Lauren didn’t miss a beat. We visited their physical location to see the gems in person out of a dozen. Her service was incredibly thorough and attentive. The outcome was beautiful and beyond expected. I highly recommend their service and products. No surprises and all communication is straightforward. Lots of gemstones to choose from, especially rubies vs other competitors’ selections. Also, tons of designs to pick from or customize your own by sending them reference photos. Overall, I wish more customer services are as enjoyable as NSC. Highly recommend and especially Lauren’s service.
