All of the 5-star reviews about The Natural Sapphire Company are true! Hubby surprised me for my birthday by wanting to replace my engagement ring with something nicer. I began looking around online and came across The Natural Sapphire Company, and after reading through all of the reviews I decided to give them a try–and they do not disappoint!
I was connected with Katherine, who from start to finish was attentive, and extremely helpful! She offered to take more videos of the natural color-changing sapphire I had chosen in different lighting settings, (to ease any lingering concerns I had), and within a few hours she sent them to me. She addressed every question or concern I had throughout the process quickly and cheerfully. The presentation and packaging of the ring was AWESOME! I honestly can’t say enough nice things about this company. For anyone worried about picking out a stone, a setting and having it shipped to you all from the comfort of your home–don’t be! There was zero pressure and the process was effortless. We will definitely be shopping with The Natural Sapphire Company again!

Best Wishes,
Joanne Phillips
