I designed my wife’s ring, picked out the all natural padparadscha sapphire I wanted and they sent me pictures of what the ring would look like using the actual image from the stone I picked. Kept in touch with me as it was being made and notified me when it was shipped. My wife was totally impressed with the ring, the box and all the documentation for the stone. We couldn’t be happier with our dealings with them. Thanks
