Delivery was received in good condition and a very close up inspection of the jewelry shows flawless craftmanship at a reasonable price. The website itself was a bit clunky and some of the items I had picked were already reserved which led to some minor frustration in selecting an item. However, the ability/process to create my own peice was great and worked well. All the representatives I worked with were very professional/helpful and quick to assist. 15th anniversary – she is gonna love the gifts!! <3
