Oh my goodness, SO in love with my ring! Lauren was incredible and easy to work with. I wanted a very specific cut, size, shape, and color sapphire which I scoured the internet for, including their site. There were some okay prospective but nothing that fit the bill. I went into the first appointment trying to keep an open mind that I probably wouldn’t see anything perfect and would probably have to settle. Lauren set out ~12 stones, a few not even up on the site. Two of them were fantastic and one was almost perfect. I expressed that I wished it was a touch bigger, but that everything else was so close to perfect that I would likely take it. We went home to think on it and within a week Lauren said she found a few others I might be interested in. Lo and behold, there sat my perfect sapphire. A nearly identical sister to the one I loved but bigger! We worked with them on custom settings and the whole process was timely and easy. They tweaked every little thing I asked including things like shape of the prongs the stone sat in. The renders were beautiful but the actual ring came out a million times better. The ring was a little large on my finger so I brought it back to resize. I was sad to part with it, but they finished and had it back to me in less than 48 hours. Lauren is a DREAM to work with, and paid attention to everything I wanted. Natural sapphire Co delivered big time, a would recommend this company to anyone in need of a sapphire.
