I booked an appointment with my fiancee here and we met with Lauren. She was very nice and came prepared for our appointment. We told her beforehand some of the sapphire stones we liked and some of the settings and our range,so she had a lot of choices for us to pick on the day our appointment. She was very knowledgeable as she was able to answer any of the questions we had. We were able to pick the ring we liked and got it very quickly, within 2 weeks.

I was planning a surprise for my financee and had asked Lauren for a small favor to send out an email to make it seem like the ring was delayed and she was more than accomodating. Very grateful for that.

All in all, I’m glad we went with natural sapphire company, another plus in that they have a very cute office dog. .
